Return conditions:

  • Only products purchased on ZipFit.com are eligible. Liners purchased from a Zipfit Authorized Dealer must work with that Dealer directly.
  • Products must be returned within 60 days of the date of purchase. If you purchased your liners outside of ski season and are only trying them now, feel free to contact us.
  • Products are clean, unblemished and undamaged.
  • No alterations have been made including but not limited to:
    • Adding or removing cork
    • Installing boot heaters
    • Trimming of footbeds 
  • Restocking fees (2.5%) will apply if customer returns two or more liners. All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included with the return or exchange. 
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returns and exchanges, unless the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  • An RMA must be submitted. If we receive a return with no associated RMA, it will not be processed.

Option 1: Locate your order confirmation email and click "view order". Then click returns on the order information page. 

Option 2: Log in to your profile on www.zipfit.com and click returns on the order information page.
