Caite Zeliff
Meet Caite.
Caite Zeliff is a professional Big Mountain skier who was raised in the White Mountains of New Hampshire and refined in the Tetons. Caite broke into the ski industry when she won the Title “Queen of Corbet’s” in 2018 during the inaugural King and Queens Competition held annually in Jackson, WY. After taking home the crown again in 2019, Caite shifted her focus to film skiing. Caite has had the pleasure of starring in films produced by Warren Miller Productions, Matchstick Productions and Teton Gravity Research.
What moves me.
For Caite, skiing is more than a sport: it’s how she expresses herself, how she fulfills an imminent desire for freedom and how she has come to understand herself at her core. Caite is known for sending massive airs, flashing big faces and for her ability to handle technical terrain with grace. When there isn’t snow under her feet there is a wing over her head. Caite has a passion for free flight, and in the summers you can find Caite flying through the air polishing her skills as a paragliding pilot. Caite recently took up the sport of speed-riding which combines her two passions of skiing and paragliding, and she hopes to introduce that sport to her films in the future. She has developed a love of combining athletics with creativity and is constantly dreaming up new projects to create inspiring, beautiful content while simultaneously evolving her craft, exploring vast places and bettering herself on and off the mountain.
