Whats included:

  • Two OMfit Cork Flow Composite tubes
  • One Punger tool.

All the basics needed to make fit corrections where more volume fill is needed in the ankles, heels or tongue areas.

Normally one tube is sufficient.

Here’s a visualization: Throw a cork at the ground and what happens? It bounces back. Throw a piece of EVA foam at the ground. What happens? The impact is dampened and then there is a sad piece of foam on the ground. Beyond being a natural regenerative material, cork is incredibly responsive and has higher ductile strength and ductility than foam.

What’s this mean? It means that the energy you put into your turn actually transfers from your leg into your ski, instead of being lost to compacted foam. #foamisdead

I like the addition of the notches in the plunger; helped everything push through a bit better. It's nice to keep a couple of these tubes around; i have narrow ankles and need to top off once or twice a season. Zipfits for life!

Easy to use and did exactly what I needed. I have small heels and have always had to pad my boot to keep my heels in place. ZipFits and the ability to add material has made a huge difference.

Tip top, After 70 Days of skiing, I thought the boots became a bit loose. I added half a tube for each boot. Result same as new fitted :-). Again 30 days of skiing, still perfect.

First package arrived was not what I ordered. The omfit came a lot later with extra customs. Doesn't made the liner better because one pouch was already broken when got the liner so after every skiing session the liquid part of the omfit cork is inside the shell and on the outside of the liner. One side is almost perfect. The other damaged. Never got a refund from the shop unfortunately.

This is the kit you need to customize your Zips in the comfort of your own home. May want to order a few more tubes as it does not go that far. Nice to have a few on hand in case things start to break in. I did not add any cork for 150 days, so nice to be able to customize the Zipfits👍 The best custom liner available, i will never settle for anything less… Thank you Zipfit, Brett Moten, Reno, NV

Skied 6 days with new liners - feeling and heel hold was amazing. Decided to tinker and try to optimize - added some cork to tongue and outside ankle- OMG - skiing this morning was like nothing I have felt before - my boot and skis were one - so snug (but not soft) and comfortable. I’ve ordered

I needed extra cork in the tongue of my Gara LV liners. Followed the instructions on adding cork, including zapping the cork tube in the microwave for 15-30 seconds. After fumbilng with getting the tongue port out it was straight forward to add cork with the plunger and cork tubes. If you follow the instructions in the video it a simple process.

Cool product; very helpful adding more comfort and fit to the ZipFit liners! 15 seconds in the microwave for each tube was more than enough to make it usable. Warmwed upo the liners in the stove and was able to push around the cork in the liner with ease.

An exact custom fit at home that is supportive but not packable foam or hard plastic? Sure, sign me up for some more cookie dough! Super easy, just warm everything up, squirt some in and start kneading.

Making the necessary adjustments in my liners was very easy using the OMfit Kit. I found it especially useful to be able to make the adjustments on my own without having to take the time to go to a boot fitter. It was also great I could make several adjustments adding more OMfit cork as necessary. Ultimately I ended up adding 3 tubes of cork between my two liners to get everything dialed in exactly.

Good quality tool , not still utilize it as I just receive it and will add more cork at the inside navicular which is not filled at that place
