The Origin Story

Since 1989, ZipFit Insoles have been the baseline of comfort and support for drop-in footbeds for skiing, walking, biking, tennis, running, and beyond.

Designed by ZipFit Founder, Sven Coomer, this insole was first produced under the name SoleMate. Sven was still operating Footloose Sports in Mammoth, CA where he helped with the original Superfeet orthotic and designed the ZipFit innerboot.
